Become A Sponsor

Updated Monday January 21, 2019 by South Williamson Softball.

South Williamson Athletics (SWA) is a volunteer, non-profit organization dedicated to providing youth recreational sports opportunities in baseball, basketball, softball and volleyball for children ages 5 to 18. Thanks to our volunteers, sponsors and the cooperation of our local schools, SWA serves hundreds of children in the Spring Hill and Thompson’s Station areas.

South Williamson Baseball has been serving the youth in our community for 11 years now, and the baseball program has grown from 100 to nearly 800 children yearly during this time. While registration fees cover a majority of the costs of uniforms, insurance, league charter, and equipment, it does not cover all the costs and we must conduct fundraisers and look to sponsors to help offset some of these costs. All of this equipment is returned at the end of each spring season, but as our program grows, it becomes necessary to buy new equipment due to the increased participation and to replace worn-out equipment. The association is operated completely by community volunteers, including our governing board and the coaches within our organization. In order to provide a quality experience and positive environment for the youth of our community, it is our hope that businesses within our community will become partners with us, in order to continue this wonderful service to our children.

Attached is an outline of our sponsorship program for SWA Baseball. This outline shows minimum amounts for a sponsorship, but any amount would be greatly appreciated and may be tax deductible as either advertising or as a donation. Please consult with your tax advisor for details. Feel free to contact us if you have any questions regarding participation.

Kind Regards,

Matt Forkum- SWA Softball President
